Country Music Stars Welcomes Nicole’s and Keith’s Baby Girl
Nicole Kidman give birth to baby girl Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, today, July 7, 2008. She weighs 6 lbs., 7.5 oz on Nashville. She may only be a few hours old but she’s already getting a warm, country welcome from her parents’ friends. She is the first child of the Kidman from Keith Urban. The pregnancy was first announced in January. Kidman has two other children with her former husband Tom Cruise: Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13.
Country music star Ronnie Dunn, of Brooks & Dunn, celebrated the Fourth of July with the couple at his home in Nashville, where Nicole Kidman told the singer she was ready to pop.
“Nicole told me Friday night that she was hoping that my fireworks would do it,” Dunn says. “I’m overjoyed for them.”
At the party, hubby Keith Urban left the side of his “very, VERY pregnant wife,” as he noted during a concert on Saturday, to help Dunn light his fireworks display.
Fellow country singer and good friend, LeAnn Rimes, says she knows the couple “will be wonderful parents.”
“Nicole and Keith are two of the most kind, caring people I know,” Rimes says. “I am thrilled for them.”
