The thing is that Barron is underage and will faced serious charges that will certainly give their parent a banging headache. Barron is only 18 years of age. His arrest took place in Malibu at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday February 12, when the third of Rick and Kathy Hilton’s four spawn was pulled over on Pacific Coast Highway by a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy.
