The conflicting reports speculating the Brangelina split have gotten way out of control….

I felt embarrassed immediately after my first discussion of the split being nothing more than an actual physical departure by Angie so she could do her new movie—because I then read the latest issue of Life and Style, which showed all kinds of points toward Angie and Brad breaking up for real.

Then…The news after that featured a pic of Brad and Angelina having a romantic dinner in Prague.
Now, the latest buzz is some weird-ass thing about how Angie is leaving Brad for Sanjaya.

Oh, for God’s sake. Stick with the truth or quit embellishing or leave these two humans (beauties, newsworthy, but humans nonetheless, eh?) alone.

FIRST

Star World Exclusive (April 30th issue) writers Jennifer Pearson and Roger Hitts discuss how Jolie and Pitt are “cracking under the strain of their relationship,” and are facing a separation—a trial separation.
Angie purportedly decided to be a stay-at-home mom once the couple adopted baby Pax, but within only a few weeks of the blessed event has packed to head off to Prague, where the mega-star will be filming the new action thriller, Wanted (with Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy).
Further, sources tell Pearson and Hitts, the original plan on Angie’s part was to pack up the four kids and two nannies. But Brad resisted that idea, supposedly especially attached to Shiloh (while Angie maintains “Zahara and Maddox are supreme,” says the unidentified source.
I decided the reality was Brad and Angie were separating physically, geographically—not necessarily emotionally.

NEXT

While other reports covered the adoption papers and the kids getting the hyphenated Pitt added to their names, Life and Style did a six-paged piece on the split decisions and on how Jennifer Anniston will or will not does or does not figure in the break-up and post-break up life for Brad.
These articles, making up the May 14th cover story, included interviews with “inside sources” saying how Brad is fed up with this and Angie is relieved over that.

NEXT

TMZ, ever up-to-date with the latest turns, featured a pic and the news on May 3, 2007, that included this discussion/description/depiction: “What does the most famous couple in the world do on their first night in Prague? They pop into a dimly lit romantic little cafe and look at each other adoringly over some suds and a glass of wine.”

NEXT, or FINALLY (as of May 9, 2007, 7:26 p.m. PST)

Though it has not aired yet (but will any minute as the New England news—FOX 5–airs), there is some new hub-bub that is billed as “Idol Chatter: Why Angelina Might Want to Leave Brad Pitt for Sanjaya.” Yes, there’s a satire at Dateline Hollywood which looks real enough to convince the less thoughtful that Jolie has plans to adopt the ex-Idol participant. But FOX 5 suggests…oh, how silly…that Angelina might want to dump Brad now that an online poll has voted Sanjaya “Most Beautiful Person of 2007.”

Okay, now I’m just going to give up on keeping track of the yes no maybe so dealies….

I give up.
