Cynthia Rodriguez Happy With Divorce Settlement Against Alex “A-Rod’ Rodriguez
Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez ex, Cynthia Rodriguez is happy with the out come of their divorce settlement even though it started badly. With all the press releases about the suppose affairs of both parties none of it affected the proceedings.
“Cynthia is in New York for a few days and quite happy with the divorce settlement,” says a source close to her. “It is all settled and each Rodriguez is ready to move on.”
Terms of the deal were not released.
Cynthia, 35, who filed for divorce from the Yankees slugger, 33, in July, had asked to keep their $12 million Florida mansion. The mother of his two children, Natasha, 3, and Ella, 5 months, also wanted a cut of his earnings during their marriage. Rodriguez reportedly made $28 million this season.
This week, Cynthia has spent time in New York, shopping, exercising and touring the city.

Kanye West Arrested Allegedly For Vandalism
R & B singer Kanye West was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport Thursday morning after allegedly damaging a photographer’s camera. LAX spokesman Marshall Lowe said that, “Mr. West was arrested at 7:51 a.m. outside the passenger screening area by airport police on charges of vandalism”. He also added that, “Initial reports say this incident involved a paparazzo and a camera valued at more than $10,000.”
“In addition, Mr. West’s [road manager] was arrested for vandalism and battery,” Lowe said. “Several witnesses are being interviewed by police. West and his bodyguard are being transported to an LAPD station where they’re expected to be booked.”
A TMZ.com video cameraman who was also on the scene reports that when West, 31, noticed that he was being photographed, he “rushed the photog and grabbed his camera…threw it to the ground, breaking it into pieces,” according to the website.
Usher Will Be A Daddy Again
Usher will became a father once more. The R&B star and his wife Tameka Foster are expecting their second child together, a source close to the singer confirms the story. The couple welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, in November 2007. Since then, Usher, 29, has spoken publicly about how much he loves being a dad. “I’m so proud to be a father by the time I’m 30,” he told PEOPLE magazine last month. “I’d hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they’re in high school!
Usher also told Essence in a July interview that his son, nicknamed Cinco, is an “extension of his union” with Foster, whom he married in August 2007.
